TERMS OF SERVICEENGAGEMENT
• Client requests through vgen.co/tatsugo666
• Client provides clear and complete requirements and expectations upfront, including reference materials or assets before Work begins
• Artist will not create content that is explicit, offensive, or inappropriate.TIMELINE
• Work completion requires 5 - 14 days after final sketch
• Final deliverables are provided by the Artist using the Google Drive
• If there are any delays and adjustments to timeline, the Artist will inform the ClientREVISIONS
• Maximum Two revisions allowed
• After line art, only minor revisions are allowed.
• Additional charges for excessive revisions may be required.
• Revisions may affect progress and timeline.RIGHTS & USAGE
• The Artist retains copyright, ownership, redistribution and intellectual property rights
• Client must not claim Work as their own and must credit Artist at the instance of display of the Work
• I Have the rights to post the artwork. If client don't want to the artwork to be posted, please let me knowCommercial Rights
• Commercial usage rights are not included unless both parties agreed
• Additional charges will be required for commercial usage, typically 2x of the original cost.PAYMENTS & FEES
• All Payments must be processed via VGen
• Prices are in USD
• Client warrants they will not issue chargebacks and the refund policy mentioned below will be followed.CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
• No refunds are possible after work begins unless initiated by the Artist.
• If Artist cannot complete work or there are delays for unforeseen reasons, Artist will work to remedy the situation first
• If Artist cannot complete that, the Client may be eligible for a full refund.
• If work done up to this point is accepted and used by the Client, the Artist will provide a partial refund only--------------------------------------------

• Klien menghubungi melalui Discord, Twitter DM atau email
• Klien memberikan detail karakter dan pose yang jelas dan lengkap di awal, termasuk referensi atau aset sebelum Pekerjaan dimulai
• Artist tidak akan membuat konten yang eksplisit, menyinggung, atau tidak pantas.WAKTU
• Penyelesaian pekerjaan membutuhkan 5 - 14 hari setelah sketsa akhir
• Hasil akhir disediakan oleh Artist menggunakan Google Drive
• Jika ada penundaan dan penyesuaian waktu, Artist akan menginformasikan kepada KlienREVISI
• Max 2 kali revisi
• Setelah line art, hanya revisi minor yang diperbolehkan.
• Biaya tambahan akan dikenakan untuk revisi tambahan.
• Revisi dapat mempengaruhi waktu penyelesaian.HAK & PENGGUNAAN
• Artist memiliki hak cipta, kepemilikan, redistribusi, dan hak kekayaan intelektual
• Klien tidak boleh mengklaim Karya sebagai miliknya dan harus mengkredit Artist saat Karya ditampilkan
• Artist memiliki hak untuk memposting karyanya. Jika klien keberatan, tolong informasikan kepada artist.Hak Komersial
• Hak penggunaan komersial tidak disertakan kecuali disepakati kedua belah pihak
• Biaya tambahan akan dikenakan untuk penggunaan komersial, biasanya 2x dari biaya awal.PEMBAYARAN & BIAYA
• Klien membayar uang muka 50% setelah permintaan dan 50% sisanya setelah sketsa akhir selesai
• invoice harus dibayar dalam waktu 48 jam, atau proyek dapat dibatalkan
• Harga dalam Rupiah/IDR, dan dibayar melalui trakteer, qris atau metode yang disediakan oleh Artist
• Klien menjamin bahwa mereka tidak akan mengenakan chargeback dan refundPEMBATALAN & PENGEMBALIAN DANA
• Tidak ada pengembalian uang setelah pekerjaan dimulai kecuali dibatalkan oleh Artist.
• Jika Artist tidak dapat menyelesaikan pekerjaannya atau ada penundaan karena alasan yang tidak terduga, Artist akan bekerja untuk memperbaiki situasi tersebut terlebih dahulu
• jika Artist tetap tidak bisa menyelesaikan kewajibannya, Klien mendapatkan pengembalian dana penuh.
• Jika pekerjaan yang belum selesai telah diterima dan digunakan oleh Klien, Artist hanya akan memberikan pengembalian dana sebagian-----------------------------------------
